The Barrabool Hills Baptist Community Church is located on the rolling hills of Highton, in Geelong, Victoria. 

Our Church has history of service to the Geelong community that spans over 150 years, since we were first established as the Independant Mission in Chillwell in 1856.

We believe the journey of life is at it's best when lived in connection with a loving God and the people around us.  We desire to be an authentic community of faith, and our aim is to serve Geelong in a way that reflects the values and life-giving nature of Jesus. We look to the Bible as the source of Truth - the timeless wisdom of God that has the ability to change lives today.  Together with our commitment to simple biblical faith, we are united by a common journey to walk everyday in a closer relationship with Jesus.

Barrabool Hills Baptist Church is part of the Baptist Union of Victoria. We are a contemporary church holding to the historic Christian faith. We seek to be always relevant to our culture and responsive to the needs of our community. We are also working in different overseas contexts such as Iraq, Africa, Indonesia, Myanmar and Thailand.

We would love you to visit one of our Sunday services, at 10:00am or 6:30pm.  You will find people just like yourself - old, young, teachers, tradies, students, professionals - all at different points of their faith  journey.  Some are just starting a search for meaning and truth, while others have been walking the road for sometime now.  Where you are at doesn't really matter, but which way you are heading does.  We believe Barrabool Hills is a great place to continue your journey of faith and life  - we hope that's your experience as well.
