OUR STORY

In 2018, we launched 'The Hangar Youth Mentoring' and began working together to make a difference—one person at a time—through mentorship, shared resources, and collective support. Every contribution, big or small, has shaped our path forward, and for that, we are deeply grateful.

From the very beginning, we have continued to build our business with vision, trust, and the generosity of an incredible community.

In 2025, we introduced a more strategic and sustainable framework and are proud to establish The Hangar Mentoring Company.

Our focus moving forward is:

• Mentoring | Strengthening connections and accessibility.

• Connecting | Cultivating relationships within aviation and expanding partnerships for philanthropy.

• Scholarships | Supporting aspiring professionals who have the passion and capability but lack financial means.

• Thriving | Growing The Hangar into a sustainable, small but impactful organisation.

While The Hangar Association has come to an end, our shared vision continues. Opportunities for involvement remain, and we truly appreciate the continued support of our early partners, but also open the door to new partnerships in this next chapter.
